RPG seeks a high-achieving Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities across the company’s key segments of design and manufacturing: Displays & Fixtures; Retail Design & Construction; Brand and Turnkey Product & Packaging Development

Duties and Responsibilities

· Identify and establish contact with potential clients

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

· Schedule meetings and present RPG’s capabilities

· Attend industry events to identify sales leads and make meaningful contact with potential clients

· Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for sales

· Recommend and execute marketing strategies to target specific categories of business

· Engage with key team members to ensure perfect execution of projects

· Generate projections and sales reports

Skills and Qualifications

· Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives

· Impeccable interpersonal communication skills

· Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends

· Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer behavior

· Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Impressive self-discipline and time-management skills to reliably meet goals and deadlines

· Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM programs

· Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, client meetings, and project oversight

Compensation and Growth

· Base salary of $75,000.00 plus commission tied directly to new business success
