Role Description
As a full-time Sales Executive with Obsidian Thorne, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This position is on-site and located in Los Angeles, CA.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and negotiation
- Strong customer relationship management and client handling skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
- Previous experience in B2B sales or working with founder-led companies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
