We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team on a remote contract basis in Tustin, California. This role involves creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print media, adhering to brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail-focused design and be proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative designs for retail product display pages, including slides and edits, ensuring high-quality visuals.
• Create and edit printed materials such as postcards, window clings, and brochures for retail store locations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign and Figma to produce graphics with strong attention to detail.
• Design engaging static social media content to support marketing initiatives.
• Present design concepts and updates to marketing leadership for feedback and approval.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms and materials.
• Incorporate creative components into designs while adhering to organizational standards.
• Work closely with retail marketing leads and art direction teams to deliver impactful visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Familiarity with Figma for digital design.
• Strong skills in creating marketing materials such as brochures and window clings.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across designs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all design projects.
