What You’ll DoAs a Vehicle Product Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable guide that helps customers feel confident and excited about their purchase.
Showcase and demonstrate new vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
Assist customers through key parts of the sales process with leadership support
Conduct test drives and answer vehicle-related questions
Follow up with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
Pair customers’ mobile phones, set up OnStar, and program radio favorites
Explain CSI and the importance of customer surveys
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Prepare vehicles for delivery, including fueling prior to customer pickup
Support the sales team with additional duties as needed
