About Noble Studio
Noble Studio Interiors is a high-end residential interior design firm based in Raleigh, NC. Our work is thoughtful, design-forward, and rooted in clarity, creatively and operationally. We believe that the work of creating beautiful design requires both taste and rigor, and that the most fulfilling creative work happens in an environment that supports each member of the team with predictable trust, respect, and clear expectations.
We are in a season of intentional growth. We are excited to welcome another Interior Designer to join our team in this next chapter.
The Role
This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys contributing meaningfully to residential projects while working within a clear, collaborative structure.
You’ll work closely with the Principal and alongside an experienced designer who leads and owns projects from concept through completion. This role is well-suited to someone who is passionate about honing their skills, approaches problems with a constructive attitude, and is eager to grow their judgment and responsibility over time. Though this is a supporting role, we make room for both creative opportunity at every level, and provide a clear path for upward movement in the firm for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to design concepts, space planning, and material selections
Develop drawings, elevations, and details for client and construction use
Assist with specifications, samples, and finish coordination
Support project execution with accuracy, care, and follow-through
Participate in internal design discussions and critiques
Support the project design lead to keep work organized and moving
Assist with procurement, pricing, checking in items, preparing for installations
Haul items to and from studio to storage to installations or job sites
Help keep the studio running smoothly and cleanly
How We Work
At Noble, design leadership is clear. Projects are creatively led by the Principal, execution and design support is owned by a lead designer and a supporting designer, with lots of collaboration happening within that framework. We value designers who can engage thoughtfully, ask good questions, and offer ideas with curiosity and respect for the broader vision.
This is not a fit for someone who prefers to operate independently without direction or who struggles with feedback. It is a great fit for someone who wants to do excellent work, learn, and be part of a calm, well-run studio.
