Salary: $45k - $55k+ Commission (Commensurate with Experience)
Job Summary
The Business Development Consultant will drive the marketing initiatives that will lead to increasing the subscription base for our Streamline platform powered by our sister company Data Management Solutions. Responsibilities also include cross training in offering BBS services, that will assist with expanding our Broker Based and direct to employer relationships and partnerships supporting and reselling the Employee Navigator and Ease benefits administration licenses.

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and/or customer facing experience
- Knowledge of group insurance and voluntary benefits
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Saas or software sales experience
- Working Knowledge of Employee Navigator and Ease preferred but not required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or corresponding work experience
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
