Electrical Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to support both new product development and existing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys designing, building, testing, and supporting products from concept through production. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
You will work closely with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure products meet performance, cost, and quality expectations. The right candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, proactive approach. What You’ll Do
- Design and support electrical and electromechanical products
- Rapidly prototype new product concepts (design, build, test)
- Design and modify PCBs; create and maintain schematics and layouts
- Document test results and support product validation
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Develop manufacturing process documentation and work instructions
- Provide hands-on engineering support to the manufacturing floor
- Analyze drawings and models to determine tools, fixtures, and manufacturing sequences
- Support quality activities, including inspections, RMAs, and root cause analysis
- Manage and participate in Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Train production operators as needed
- Support company safety, quality, and operational policies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on electronics experience
- 2+ years of PCB design experience (Altium Circuit Studio or similar)
- 2+ years of 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
- Experience creating and maintaining BOMs
- Fine-pitch soldering experience
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with ECN, RMA, and quality processes
- Experience creating work instructions or training production staff

Pay: $77,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
