This is a mid-level Medical Device Sales position. We are looking for a dynamic individual looking to the medical device industry. The candidate must possess a positive attitude, drive, and hustle. You will work as a team with the Western Regional Sales Director to secure appointments and leads throughout a multi-state territory. Candidates from the Pacific Northwest such as: OR, WA, ID, MT, WY are eligible to apply. The position requires 6-7 travel days per month for in-person cold calling. Good presentation skills, good communication skills, and being a team player are a must. The base salary is between 65 - 90K, based on experience, with an uncapped commission plan (At Plan Total Comp 100K -145K). You must be an organized person who enjoys prospecting. This position could result in a promotion to a senior-level position based on performance.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Medical Device Sales Representative. The role involves driving sales of neurocare’s innovative medical devices and mental health solutions by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers. This includes educating clients on neuromodulation and other therapies, conducting product demonstrations, managing leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge in Behavioral Health is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing client interactions effectively
- Previous experience in mental health or neuromodulation-related products is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred
