We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role will support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting that support informed business decisions across the organization. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and other cross-functional partners to analyze performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights that improve operational and financial outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and support financial planning efforts
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries
- Support preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects
- Use tools such as Excel along with systems like Snowflake, Power BI, Planful, and Mode Analytics
LOCATION
This is a hybrid position with required in-person days in our Tukwila Corporate Office.

BASE SALARY:
$110,000-$115,000/yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Strong Excel skills (SQL experience is a plus!)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or operational reporting preferred
