The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Executive to join the new business team at Intuit Dome. This role is focused on driving new season ticket revenue through a business-to-business sales approach and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key decision makers.
In this role, you will self-prospect, conduct out of office and in-office meetings, and execute outbound new sales campaigns. The ideal candidate is competitive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, Ca and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more, Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events.
What You Will Do
- Research, self-prospect, and generate new B2B and B2C leads through outbound calls, targeted emails, social selling, and strategic networking with decision makers.
- Consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by managing a full-cycle B2B and B2C sales pipeline.
- Execute assigned sales campaigns with a focus on consultative, value-based sales.
- Lead the department in outbound activity and out-of-office meetings through external networking efforts.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture through teamwork and transparency.
- Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Additional duties as assigned.
Your Background, Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in B2B sales, ticket sales, or a quota-driven sales environment. Sports industry preferred.
- Proven hunter mentality with a successful track record of self-prospecting and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset and the ability to implement feedback to improve performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage business decision makers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a full sales pipeline.

Compensation:
- On target earnings: $110,000 (base salary + commission earned at 100% of target)
