Responsibilities:
LISTEN to customers and try to give them what they want
Meet with Customers in our Store Location
Produce Kitchen (and some bath) designs for customers
Produce countertop quotes for customers (easy to learn)
Generate quotes using our quoting software
Keeping CRM updated
Attention to detail - make sure the plans are right and the order is right
Converting quotes to clients (soft selling)
Requirements:
2020 Design experience
Experience designing and selling kitchens
Great Attitude
Great listening skills
Whatever it takes approach to customer service
Responsive and detail oriented
Within easy commute of Charlotte
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
