Role Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the visual evolution of our brand across multiple programs and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands how design drives perception, builds trust, and communicates impact - especially in a mission driven healthcare environment.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns, partnerships, executive initiatives, and internal communications to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Execute and maintain brand standards across all digital and print materials
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, flyers, event signage, and branded templates
- Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands and sub-programs within the organization
- Support brand evolution as the company scales nationally
Campaign & Marketing Design
- Design assets for digital campaigns (social media graphics, email marketing visuals, ads, landing page graphics)
- Develop visual assets to support partnerships, B2B outreach, and business development initiatives
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, visually engaging materials
Event & Print Production
- Design event materials including banners, signage, step-and-repeat backdrops, promotional materials and similar items
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with Marketing team and vendors as needed
- Ensure all materials are production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines
Project Coordination & Workflow
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, stakeholders and external partners
- Organize design files and maintain a structured creative asset library
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience preparing files for both digital and print production
- Healthcare, startup, or mission driven organization experience preferred
