Role Description:
As a Graphic Designer at Mixology, you’ll own and execute visual assets across our digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to produce on-brand, high-impact designs that support launches, campaigns, and day-to-day business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands e-commerce, and is excited by the intersection of design, technology, and AI-powered tools. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of our Lynbrook, NY office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling visual assets for the website (homepage, collections, PDP graphics, banners), Email marketing campaigns, Social media (organic + paid), Digital ads and promotional materials and store event graphics
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to concept and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
- Maintain and evolve Mixology’s visual identity across all digital channels
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and output quality
- Prepare and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current on fashion, design trends, and emerging digital tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in fashion
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Klaviyo
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social, paid media)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and openness to new creative technology
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for branding and typography
- Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas
- A portfolio showcasing digital-first, brand-aligned work
