Position: Project Coordinator IV
Type: Full-time position
Compensation: $75-$90 per hour
Location: New York, NY, USA
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Support program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality and outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions
- Collect and analyze product and user data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making
- Perform general program management to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, predict roadblocks, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute plans
- Proactively identify program risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly
- Drive growth, engagement, and quality of products through cross-functional collaboration and data-informed storytelling
Requirements
- Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience, or educational background in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations with focus on product operations
- Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and resolve problems
- Proven time-management and organizational skills
- Experience developing and improving operational systems and tools
- Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and coordinating effectively
- Experience resolving conflicts by identifying tradeoffs and setting clear priorities
- Experience in controlling risk and setting priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Direct experience supporting reliability initiatives, including managing and resolving regressions and data incident investigations
- Experience managing external vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in incident response and reliability programs
- Experience designing, implementing, and improving complex processes for incident detection, regression management, and operational workflows
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, deliver insights, and drive improvements in regression and SEV management
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to synthesize incident and regression data to influence product or process changes
