Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Manage all EAG and manufacturer websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand standards
- Maintain and manage branded social media profiles, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, engagement, and promotional alignment
- Monitor and analyze Google Analytics (GA4) and other digital performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion
- Support introductory website backend management, including content updates, asset uploads, basic CMS navigation, and coordination with web vendors
- Monitor new and pre-owned vehicle merchandising (photos and descriptions) to ensure consistent, optimized inventory display across all dealerships
- Support acquisition, loading, and management of digital marketing assets
- Submit and support occasional digital creative requests (graphics, promotional materials, landing pages, etc.) in collaboration with internal or external design partners
- Work with marketing partners to identify new technologies and processes to improve conversion and sales performance
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Generate and compile performance marketing data and insights for Leadership
- Prepare month-end, monthly, quarterly, and year-end marketing performance reports
- Analyze lead, sales, and e-commerce data for Marketing, Sales, GM, and Executive teams
- Conduct research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
- Translate analytics findings into actionable marketing recommendations
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Support development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional calendars
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, objectives, timelines, and approvals
- Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time by managing workflows and routing materials for review
- Assist in planning conferences, events, and promotional meetings
Budget & Strategy Support
- Assist in managing and actualizing quarterly marketing budgets
- Research new prospective customer sources and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable impact and remain aligned with overall brand strategy

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of related marketing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Technical Skills - Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEO/SEM
- Email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
- Website analytics tools
- Digital vendor performance reporting
- Experience with digital graphics tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
