Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist owns the systems, automation, and performance tracking that power marketing and sales execution. This role ensures HubSpot is optimized, data is accurate, automation is effective, and marketing activities directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Primary Objective
Build and manage a high-performing marketing operations engine that improves lead conversion, pipeline visibility, and marketing-attributed revenue.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership and Revenue Visibility
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, stages, and lifecycle definitions.
- Build and maintain dashboards for sales metrics, marketing performance, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper attribution, and reporting integrity.
- Continuously improve CRM structure to support sales and marketing alignment.
Automation and Lead Management
- Build and optimize sequences, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Develop smart segmentation strategies using lists and behavioral triggers.
- Implement and refine lead scoring aligned with ICP and buying intent.
- Improve funnel performance from lead to opportunity to closed deal.
Performance Marketing Support
- Support SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives by ensuring proper tracking, structure, and reporting inside HubSpot.
- Track organic traffic, keyword performance, and marketing attribution.
- Measure and report the impact of social media and LinkedIn outreach on the pipeline.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Project Management and Execution
- Manage marketing operations initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Define KPIs before launch and track performance against targets.
- Deliver projects on time and focus on measurable outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and process clarity for scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience building automation workflows and reporting dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and emerging Generative Engine Optimization concepts.
- Experience tracking performance across social media and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics.
- Highly organized, accountable, and outcome-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing and Sales Software.
- Experience in B2B services, staffing, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with outbound automation tools and CRM integrations.
