As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of KOS Distribution. You won’t just be taking orders, you’ll be a business partner, helping your customers navigate supply chains, optimize their inventory, and discover the high-quality products that set them apart.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Identify and hunt for new business opportunities within the local foodservice market (restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and institutional kitchens).Relationship Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional service and product expertise.Product Advocacy: Educate customers on our diverse product line, from specialty proteins to essential pantry staples.Market Analysis: Stay ahead of culinary trends and competitor activity to offer proactive solutions to your clients.Collaborate: Work closely with our purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order completion, delivery, and customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For
· Experience: Sales experience (within the foodservice or beverage industry, preferably)
· Communication: Active listener, good public speaker, empathetic, curious, and kind.
· Drive and Resilience: Self-starter, demonstrates grit, manages time, overcomes objections, solves problems.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, laptops, and mobile ordering platforms.
· Passionate about Success: Energy put forth not only for salesperson’s success but also for the customers’ success and the company’s success.
