We seek a highly motivated person to focus on identifying new business opportunities and markets, executing sales strategies, ultimately generating leads by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, social media campaigns, networking, and fostering strong partnerships. This role includes conducting market research, targeting potential clients, and implementing plans to drive revenue growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities. Conducting market research to analyze trends, target markets, and potential clients.
- Setting meetings for the femtoAI sales team to engage and qualify potential
- Building partnerships. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, prospects, and other key industry connections.
- Driving sales strategies. Collaborating with the sales team to create messaging that resonates with target markets and closes deals.
- Managing the sales pipeline. Using CRM software like HubSpot to track leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, and organize workflows.
- Representing the company at industry events. Attending conferences and networking events to promote the company’s products and build new relationships.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a bonus.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship roles, or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software like HubSpot, advanced Excel skills, and an understanding of business development strategies.
- Language: English, both written and verbal with other language a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high level of motivation, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
