As a Management Associate with Golden Florida, the role will involve managing teams, learning entry level sales, and working with customers to support our wireless services. Our company is a sales and business consulting firm partnered with AT&T in the Fort Myers market. This Management Associate role is designed to develop strong leaders who understand strategic outreach, team coordination, and sales optimization.
As a Management Associate, you will start in an entry level role, developing superior skills in sales, customer service, product knowledge and the core functions that keep AT&T operations running smoothly. With direct skill development from experienced managers, you’ll learn how to oversee teams, improve productivity, and communicate AT&T services clearly and confidently to a diverse customer base.
Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication efforts with customers by servicing their local area and conducting personal product presentations
- When working with customers, understand their needs by actively listening to provide them with wireless services
- Process sales orders for customers and manage their accounts during the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records related to customer interactions, services provided, and team activity to support reporting and increase metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve service issues, improve workflows, and assist with territory expansion throughout Fort Myers and surrounding areas for increased sales
- In this entry level position, stay up to date with all wireless services, product knowledge, and promotions to provide support to customers and increase skills of taking on leadership roles
Management Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in leadership, customer-facing roles, or sales roles—preferably in telecom, retail, or service-based environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
