Gullwing Growth Partners is seeking an Associate to support investment sourcing, diligence, and portfolio company execution across early- and growth-stage consumer and CPG investments.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, motivated professional seeking hands-on exposure to the full venture investment lifecycle within a lean, founder-led fund.
Core Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Diligence
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and category mapping
- Build and maintain financial models, unit economics, and scenario analyses
- Support diligence across supply chain, pricing, margin, and go-to-market strategy
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and IC materials
Portfolio & Firm Support
- Track portfolio company performance, KPIs, and reporting
- Support sourcing efforts through founder outreach and ecosystem research
- Assist with LP reporting, quarterly updates, and internal fund operations
- Provide ad hoc analytical and strategic support to senior team members
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4+ years of experience at a bulge bracket investment banking, Big 4 consulting firm, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or operating roles
- Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize insights clearly
- Strong interest in consumer brands, CPG, and early-stage investing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a lean environment
