Regional Sales Coordinator | Luxury (Remote – Central US)
Location: Remote (Reside in Central US; Minneapolis or Detroit preferred) Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 + Performance Incentives Travel: 60% (Extensive travel, including overnights and select weekends)
The VisionAs a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary steward of our brand’s prestige and commercial growth within the Central region. You will serve as a strategic partner to our elite retail accounts, driving revenue not just through transactions, but through world-class storytelling, meticulous visual standards, and the cultivation of high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute seasonal sales plans that align with brand heritage. Analyze sell-through and inventory metrics to provide bespoke product assortment recommendations.
- Brand Experience & Training: Lead immersive in-store training and exclusive client events. Empower retail teams to become experts in our craftsmanship and brand narrative.
- Visual Artistry: Act as a Visual Champion, ensuring every point of sale meets our exacting global merchandising standards and "Visual Identity" guidelines.
- Account Stewardship: Act as the "Voice of the Territory," managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from logistics and order flow to monthly marketing audits.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor boutique performance and staffing, providing the Sales Leadership team with high-level insights and creative solutions to market challenges.
The Profile- Expertise: Proven experience in Luxury Fashion, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Beauty is highly preferred.
- Skill Set: Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Canva; ability to translate complex data into a compelling brand story.
- Presence: A poised, level-headed communicator who can influence partners at every level and represent the brand with sophistication.
- Agility: A self-starter comfortable with 60% travel and the ambiguity of a remote, field-based role.
