Instructional Designer
1-800 Accountant is currently seeking a passionate, experienced instructional designer who can create and deliver educational materials for employee growth or career development. The candidate must have a foundational understanding of instructional design models that produce impactful, measurable results and improve individual and organizational knowledge. They must also be able to foster a collaborative, productive learning environment that captures the audience’s attention and helps them meet their development end goals.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing instructional content and modify to adhere to internal design standards and industry proven approaches
Develops or updates courses, instructional materials, and other digital instructional information consistent with adult learning theory for delivery in online learning. Confirms course objectives are current and reflected in newly developed courses.
Designs and develops engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound materials that address various learning styles and are accessible to all learners.
Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats, including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia, to support learning

Standard Operating Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm

This allows you to safely use your own computer for work, ensuring company data remains secure while keeping your personal information completely private and separate.

As an accounting firm, we must adhere to strict federal data security guidelines associated with IRS Publication 4557. To ensure we remain in compliance, we have implemented a mandatory security verification process that must be completed on your first day
