We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, demonstrating the ability to manage relationships effectively while utilizing tools such as Google Workspace for tracking and reporting. This position is Commission-based ONLY!!!
However, the commission is uncapped, so as you and your sales grow, your commission rate grows too. We offer bonuses to top performer reps as well
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct inside and direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Utilize CRM for managing leads, tracking sales progress, and reporting on metrics.
- Perform territory management to maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or direct sales roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of territory management principles and sales techniques is a plus.
- A proactive approach to business development with a results-oriented mindset.
