We are a growing solar sales team looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to develop real sales skills, work in an active market, and earn based on performance.
This is a field-based opportunity where you will be setting appointments for homeowners interested in lowering their long-term energy costs through solar programs that typically require $0 upfront and no maintenance.
About the Opportunity
Energy costs in Florida continue to rise, and many homeowners are actively exploring alternatives to traditional utility bills.
Our team helps homeowners transition to a more predictable, fixed energy cost through professionally structured solar programs.
We are expanding carefully and only onboarding a small number of reps to maintain strong training, support, and territory quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Setting qualified solar consultations
- Communicating a clear and honest value proposition
- Developing communication, confidence, and field sales skills
- Working alongside experienced reps in an active market
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- Split model between setter and closer
- Partial commission paid after a deal closes
- Remaining commission paid after install funding (typically 2–3 weeks)
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for consistent and disciplined individuals.
Training & Development

Requirements
- Reliable transportation

Sales experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
