Kudu Investment Management – Analyst, Partner Services
Position Summary
Growing specialist private equity firm seeks analyst to support value-add engagement with firm’s wealth and asset manager portfolio companies, focusing on marketing efforts and business development.
This role will cut across firm’s functions, supporting firm’s external activities and deepening its internal resources to help portfolio companies navigate the global institutional and wealth management allocator landscape.
Analyst will report to and be supervised by the Head of Partner Services. Career-track position with promotion opportunities available.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support Partner Services team as it engages with firm’s portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives and other value-add projects.
- Assist efforts to deepen inter-partner connectivity, including helping organize in-person partner summits and events, as well as more targeted interactions to facilitate knowledge-sharing.
- Leverage Kudu platform to build on data and service provider relationships to offer additional resources and attractive economics to partner firms from various vendors and resources.
- Directly interface and develop consultative relationships with marketing and business development teams at partner firms.
- Manage firm’s public presence, creating and driving social media, webinars and podcasts, website, video content, and presentation materials, as well as strategic communications within Kudu ecosystem.
- Draft presentations and marketing collateral for both internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of prior experience in asset management, wealth management, alternative investment, or investment consulting, with a strong preference for marketing, business development, internal sales and capital introductions roles
- Proven experience in digital marketing or campaign management within the financial services industry. Committed to staying current with digital-marketing trends.
- Technically proficient and technology-forward; Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), design tools (Canva, Figma etc), media platforms (LinkedIn), and investment databases (eVestment, PitchBook, With Intelligence etc). AI literacy required.
- Exceptional design, written communication and presentation skills.
- Diligent self-starter comfortable with managing multiple project workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Located in or willing to relocate to NY Metro Area.
This is a full-time role offering competitive base compensation between $80,000 - $105,000 based on experience with top-notch benefits package and annual bonus.
