In this role, you’ll support our revenue and pricing strategy team by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and helping guide pricing decisions across our portfolio. You’ll collaborate with leadership and contribute directly to initiatives that drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze property performance to identify pricing, occupancy, and revenue trends
- Update and maintain pricing tools and dashboards
- Monitor market and competitor pricing activity
- Participate in monthly revenue reviews and assist with pricing strategy recommendations
- Evaluate results of pricing changes, promotions, and discounts
- Support development and enhancement of pricing automation and reporting tools
- Present insights and findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
