As an Enterprise Technology (ET) Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to the ET team, overseeing month-end close and forecasting processes. You will collaborate with ET Directors to review finance scorecards and play a critical role in spending decisions, including year-over-year cost analysis for software and service contracts. Additionally, you will develop business cases to prioritize investments and work with IT operations to provide data-driven scenarios and business planning insights
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Manage Month-End Close & Forecasting: Lead the month-end closing process and develop comprehensive financial forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Ensure Accounting Accuracy: Apply expertise in GAAP principles, specifically regarding prepaids and accruals, to maintain the integrity of financial statements
- Support Regulatory Filings: Contribute critical financial data and analysis for quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings
- Senior Leadership Collaboration: Partner with IT Directors and senior leadership to conduct monthly financial reviews and develop performance scorecards that drive departmental accountability
- Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning: Work closely with IT Operations to build robust financial models and "what-if" scenarios to support agile forecasting and decision-making
- Investment Optimization: Develop and evaluate business cases to prioritize capital investments and ensure a high return on investment (ROI)
- Procurement Oversight: Provide financial oversight of purchase orders within Ariba, ensuring adherence to established financial thresholds and corporate policies
- Cost Variance Analysis: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Purchasing teams to analyze year-over-year cost trends for global service and software contracts

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments
- Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 and ranges from $63,480 - 162,120.
