We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team at our corporate office in American Fork, UT. A major focus of this position is maintaining the visual identity of Beaches. You'll design on-brand graphics and digital assets for our website, email campaigns, in-store signage, and other marketing materials. From creating email graphics and landing pages to supporting broader design needs, you'll help ensure everything we put out reflects the Beaches brand.
This role will also play a key part in managing partnerships and relationships. You'll coordinate with influencers, UGC creators, local businesses, and community partners, as well as help facilitate collaborations, donations, and giveaway opportunities. This role requires someone who is organized, professional, and genuinely great with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate partnerships with influencers, UGC creators, local businesses, and community organizations, including outreach, onboarding, communication, and execution to ensure successful collaborations and brand alignment.
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaborations, donations, and giveaway initiatives, including organizing logistics, communicating with partners, and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Design and produce on-brand digital and print assets for the website, email campaigns, in-store signage, promotions, and other marketing materials while maintaining visual consistency and high quality.
- Create and update website content and landing pages to support promotions and campaigns, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and on-brand user experience. Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist, Customer Service, and IT to ensure strong site performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Represent Beaches at community events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing initiatives-campaign plans, asset creation, data tracking, shift scheduling, and special projects-to help grow and strengthen the Beaches brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar design tools.
- Proven experience creating digital assets across web, email, social media, and print, with a strong eye for visual presentation, supported by examples of relevant work.
- Proficiency with website platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar), including creating and updating pages and basic formatting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners, influencers, and businesses.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take direction while also working independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
