We’re hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow in the aesthetic industry (Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, and other cash-pay practices). This role is ideal for someone who’s highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn—no prior sales experience required.
You’ll help generate and nurture leads, follow up consistently, and book qualified demos. If you’re social, energetic, organized, and comfortable using AI tools + social media to move fast, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Outreach and follow-up via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book demos/meetings for the team
- Nurture leads with consistent follow-up and clean communication
- Support conference/event networking and convert conversations into meetings
- Keep the CRM organized: notes, next steps, follow-up tasks, and pipeline stages
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for research, messaging, and productivity
- Learn the aesthetic market + our offer quickly and communicate it clearly

Requirements
- Full-time availability with 10am–4pm core hours
- Able to work mostly in-person in Fort Lauderdale (with some WFH flexibility)
- Strong verbal + written communication
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive
- Open to occasional travel for conferences/events

- Interest in aesthetics (MedSpa / Plastic Surgery / beauty / wellness)
- Comfort with CRM tools and/or AI tools
Compensation
Base + performance incentives (based on fit and performance)
Travel covered when required
