Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Agent

Initiate in-person conversations with households, positioning Verizon FiOS internet as the trusted upgrade from cable and the foundation for closing residential sales.
Manage the enrollment process with accuracy, ensuring smooth FiOS activations and personalized TV setups that convert prospects into accounts.
Identify upsell opportunities by aligning FiOS premium tiers, faster speeds, and device add‑ons with household needs, driving incremental sales.
Showcase Verizon’s value‑driven bundles, emphasizing convenience, affordability, and long‑term savings to maximize residential account growth.
