Position Overview
Part time Web Designer with the potential to grow into a full time role as our agency expands.
This is a primarily remote position that will be project based with flexible scheduling. You will manage multiple website builds and landing pages simultaneously while collaborating with our leadership, marketing, & design PRC teams on brand direction and strategy.
Applicants should be comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative, feedback driven, team oriented environment. Portfolios are encouraged in your application.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop professional, creative, conversational websites & landing pages
- Translate brand boards and strategy documents into functional web designs
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Implement SEO fundamentals and mobile optimization
- Integrate CRM systems, lead capture forms, and email marketing tools
- Communicate progress clearly, problem solve in a self initiated manner
- Implement revisions efficiently based on structured feedback
Qualifications
- Proven experience building professional websites (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion based design
- Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix Studio, HighLevel, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple active projects while meeting team deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated and organized
Preferred:
- Willing to meet monthly for in person team, collaborative, meetings
- Experience working in remote positions
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Work Structure
- Remote
- Flexible hours (project based deadlines)
- Occasional Zoom collaboration meetings
- Occasional in person meetings (Maryland based candidates preferred but not required)
Compensation
- Project-based compensation equivalent to $25–$30/hour depending on experience
- Performance based bonuses, including promotional opportunities
