We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Ribbon & Wreath Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and creating high-quality custom bows, wreaths, etc.
Responsibilities
- Design and create custom ribbon bows and wreaths for retail display and customer orders
- Develop seasonal collections (Spring, Summer, Fall, Christmas, etc.)
- Coordinate ribbon patterns, florals, greenery, and decorative accents
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Assist in styling window displays and in-store décor features
- Manage inventory of ribbon, florals, and wreath supplies
- Take custom design requests and collaborate with customers
- Ensure finished products are retail-ready and visually appealing
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Experience in wreath making, bow design, floral design, or decorative crafting preferred
- Strong sense of color, balance, and composition
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Self-motivated and organized
- Passion for seasonal décor and Southern-inspired design
- Retail experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
