Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a VC Partner based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The VC Partner will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and providing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs and management teams. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, participating in deal structuring and negotiations, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the portfolio companies.
Qualifications
- Strong financial and market analysis skills, including experience in investment evaluations, due diligence, and financial modeling
- Proven abilities in business development, deal structuring, and negotiation
- Strategic thinking and consulting skills with the ability to provide actionable advice to entrepreneurs and management teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient understanding of enterprise software, artificial intelligence (AI), and venture capital landscapes
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, or growth equity roles is highly beneficial
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a global focus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic organizational needs
