Location: New York City
On-site | Full-time
Compensation: $120K - $200K
Every company is becoming a fintech, and we are building the global account layer that powers their financial stack. As companies expand globally, moving and reconciling money remains slow, fragmented, and fragile. We are building the infrastructure that fixes this—and we need someone to tell that story.
As our
first marketing hire, you aren't just executing a playbook; you're writing it. Working directly with the founders, you will shape how we show up in the world, communicate our vision across our two most important markets (US and LatAm), and turn that narrative into revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Events & Conferences: Lead our presence at major fintech summits (Money 20/20, Fintech Americas, etc.) and build our own bespoke event series—from Manhattan rooftops to private dinners in Santiago
- Content & Social Strategy: Own our LinkedIn and social presence for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences. You'll produce sharp, human, narrative-driven content for technical leaders without the "corporate" fluff
- Revenue-Focused Marketing: Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure marketing efforts feed qualified leads into the funnel. We optimize for customers, not vanity metrics
Requirements
- Execution-Obsessed: You don't just have ideas; you ship them. You thrive in ambiguity and move fast
- Language Skills: Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. We have deep roots in Latin America, and our presence there is a core part of who we are. (Portuguese is a plus)
- B2B & Enterprise Expertise: You understand the different buyer psychologies between US enterprise and LatAm fintech markets
- AI-Native: You use the latest tools to produce high-quality work at scale
- Experience: Previous work in fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS is highly valued
Benefits
- Salary Range: $120K - $200K
- Growth: This role is designed to evolve into a leadership position as the function scales
- Impact: Direct access to the C-Suite and the opportunity to rebuild the rails of global finance
- Environment: High-energy, in-office culture in the heart of NYC
