Role Description
We are seeking a Graphic Design Brand Representative (Full-Time, Hybrid) based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is for someone who will shape how H15DEN looks and feels across social platforms—especially Instagram—and help make the brand instantly recognizable through consistent, high-quality design.
You will create bold, clean, scroll-stopping visuals for Reels covers, carousels, posts, Stories, ads, and promotional graphics, while helping refine our visual identity and design system as we grow. Responsibilities include designing short-form social assets for Instagram (and TikTok-style formats), developing branded templates the team can use consistently, creating campaign visuals tied to partner food spots and community moments, collaborating with content creators and the outreach team to support business growth, and ensuring every piece of content feels on-brand, polished, and attention-grabbing.
The ideal candidate has strong taste, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and understands how to design specifically for social performance.
Compensation: $100,000
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills and ability to represent H15DEN visually with a consistent, premium look
- Excellent communication and ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and collaborate with a team
- Experience designing for Instagram (carousels, Stories, Reels covers, thumbnails, promos) and understanding what performs
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling through design, and community-building aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and/or Figma (Canva is a plus)
- Ability to work with brand guidelines, typography, layout, and visual systems
- Organized, reliable, and able to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Motion design/basic animation skills (After Effects/CapCut templates) is a plus
- Familiarity with food and beverage culture/trends in Los Angeles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
