Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Brand & PR Coordinator who owns the operational and logistical engine behind our public relations and brand events strategy. This role is responsible for turning the Director of PR & Brand’s vision into reality, leading full production and coordination across press, events, gifting, partnerships, and our ambassador program.
The Director sets the strategy and creative direction. This role owns the execution end to end. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, moves fast, and takes complete ownership of every deliverable they touch.
Key AccountabilitiesPress & Media Relations
• Execute press strategy developed by the Director, driving consistent, high-quality media placements across fashion, lifestyle, parenting, and culture outlets
• Draft and pitch compelling story angles, press releases, and product launch materials to media contacts
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, writers, stylists, and producers
• Track all coverage, compile press reports, and manage press lists and media databases
Events & Brand Activations
This role serves as the primary production lead for all Mina Baie events, activations, and pop-ups both IRL and virtual. The Director provides creative direction and brand vision; this role is accountable for execution.
• Own full event production from concept briefing through wrap including venue sourcing, vendor contracts, budgets, and post-event recaps
• Manage all logistics: catering, décor, gifting, guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking
• Build and manage detailed run-of-show documents, production timelines, and day-of staffing plans
• Serve as the on-site execution lead for all events, press activations, and pop-ups
• Coordinate with creative and brand teams to bring the Director’s vision to life, ensuring brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints
• Own post-event reporting: attendance, press coverage, ambassador and influencer content, and key learnings
• Manage external vendors, production partners, and venue relationships end to end
Celebrity & Influencer Gifting
• Own celebrity and VIP gifting programs research, outreach, fulfillment, and follow-up
• Coordinate gifting around launches, campaigns, and key cultural moments
• Track placements, social mentions, and earned visibility from all gifting initiatives
Brand Ambassador Program
• Own execution of Mina Baie’s brand ambassador program, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
• Coordinate product seeding, communications, and deliverable tracking with ambassadors
• Monitor performance, content output, and earned visibility to inform program growth
• Ensure ambassador storytelling aligns with brand voice, values, and campaign goals as defined by the Director
Partnerships
• Own coordination and execution of brand partnerships from brief through wrap
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner communications to ensure seamless execution aligned with the Director’s strategic vision
• Identify and surface partnership opportunities that drive awareness and brand affinity
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Work closely with marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Own PR, ambassador, and gifting calendars and ensure alignment with broader launch and campaign timelines
• Support photoshoots with product setup, day-of scheduling, and on-set coordination
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends; surface relevant insights to the Director
• Support brand and campaign photoshoots through operational production management, including timeline development, vendor coordination, talent logistics, product pulls, call sheet creation, budget tracking, and day-of execution support. Creative direction, casting decisions, photographer selection, campaign narrative, and post-production strategy remain under Creative and Marketing leadership
Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in public relations, events, or brand marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands
• Proven experience owning event production end to end, including vendor management, budgets, and logistics
• Track record securing press placements and managing media relationships
• Hands-on experience with celebrity/influencer gifting and ambassador or community programs
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand voice and storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ownership is expected
