We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across our brands - Skin Gym (skingymco.com) and PaintLab (paintlabbeauty.com). This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to be hands-on across campaigns, content, launches, and cross-functional projects.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, creative, ecommerce, and external partners to help bring brand moments to life—from product launches to influencer campaigns to retail initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, ecommerce, and retail
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables for product launches and brand initiatives
Assist with influencer seeding, PR mailers, and content tracking
Help manage creative requests, asset organization, and campaign calendars
Support social media publishing, content scheduling, and performance reporting
Assist with email marketing coordination (campaign setup, QA, scheduling)
Track performance metrics and compile reports across marketing channels
Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed
Support administrative and operational marketing needs to keep projects moving smoothly

Who You Are:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or social media (beauty or lifestyle a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and consumer brands
Must be comfortable on-camera to film social content
Familiar with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Drive, Asana , or social scheduling platforms (nice to have, not required)
