We’re seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our growing team and report directly to our VP of Business Development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about aviation and sales to build a career in the dynamic private aviation industry. You’ll play a key role in expanding our fractional ownership program and introducing new clients to the FlyEpic experience.
Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking within the aviation community
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand prospect needs and match them with appropriate ownership solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations on FlyEpic’s fractional ownership model and value proposition
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract execution
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Maintain detailed records in CRM system and provide regular sales activity reports
• Represent FlyEpic at aviation events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and FlyEpic’s evolving service capabilities
Qualifications
• Proven track record in B2B or luxury goods sales (aviation experience preferred but not required)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Professional demeanor suitable for high-net-worth clientele
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
