Easy Clothes is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand with over 1,000,000 customers world wide and new collections launching every two weeks. Our US division is scaling aggressively, and we’re building a best-in-class in-house marketing team to support that growth.
We are looking for a highly creative, fast, and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our LA office and support all marketing departments.
This is not a slow-paced, corporate design role.
This is high-output, high-creativity, high-ownership.
The Role
You will work directly with:
- Head of Paid Advertising
- Head of Social Media
- Head of Email & SMS Marketing
- Head of Marketing (US Division)
This role supports every department — and graphics & video is at the center of everything we do.
You will be responsible for elevating visual execution across all channels while maintaining brand consistency and speed.
Creative testing happens constantly.
You must be able to edit fast, think performance-first, and produce high-volume graphic and/or video creatives without sacrificing quality.
What you will be doing
- Editing paid media video & static ads (UGC style, montage, hooks, fast cuts, text overlays)
- Creating Instagram Reels, stories, and social video content
- Designing static ads and creative variations for testing
- Creating email and SMS graphics
- Supporting website visuals and promotional banners
- Maintaining brand consistency across all US marketing channels
- Organizing and managing creative assets efficiently
- Bringing initiative and leadership to visual direction when needed
You won’t just execute tasks.
We expect creative input, ownership, and initiative.
What were looking for
- 2+ years experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showing both digital design and short-form video work
- Ability to work extremely fast while maintaining high standards
- Deep understanding of performance-based creative (especially for Meta)
- Highly organized with excellent file management
- Comfortable taking direction while also working independently
- Experience working in high-output, fast-paced environments
You must be confident editing:
- Short-form ad creatives
- UGC-style videos
- Polished campaign videos and statics
- Fast-paced montage content
- Reels / TikTok-style formats
Tools & Technical Skills
We use Canva heavily internally, but this role requires strong experience in:
Design:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva (advanced level)
Video:
- CapCut (highly preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (strong plus)
You should be comfortable creating:
- Fast hook-driven ad creatives
- Text overlays optimized for conversions
- Multiple creative variations quickly
Our Aesthetic
Chic. Colorful. Parisian-inspired. Feminine but modern.
Your portfolio should reflect strong taste, understanding of fashion branding, and ability to create elevated yet commercial visuals that also convert.
Important
This is an in-person role based out of our LA office in Commerce.
We are not considering remote candidates at this time.
Speed matters here. A lot.
Campaigns are not built over weeks. Creative needs to move in hours — sometimes same day.
Compensation
This role is expected to receive compensation based on experience.
