What's the Job?
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Database Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver effective solutions.
- Support offshore teams and provide technical guidance on big data, Python, and Java projects.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Database Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in big data technologies, Python, and Java programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience supporting offshore teams and managing large-scale database projects.
