Responsibilities:
-Picture Framing Design and Sales primarily
-Fitting and mat cutting
- Measure, cut, and assemble frames according to customer specifications
- Select appropriate materials and tools for framing projects
- Mount artwork, photographs, and other items in frames
- Be able to lift 35 lbs
- Provide recommendations on framing techniques and design choices
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished frames
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in art framing required, 2 years
- Knowledge of different framing techniques and materials
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in framing
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
