Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning, development and implementation of all of the community marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal
- Maintaining relationships within the community and surrounding communities to help grow our resident population
- Attend outside marketing events, network with other assisted living facilities
- Assist in the ongoing advertising process through all aspects of media including web based/ social media.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the execution of marketing
- Communications and public relations activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media. Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
- Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing a plus
- Working with the elderly/senior population a must
