Cabinet Maker – Commercial Millwork

Arrow Design is a growing commercial millwork company specializing in architectural casework and custom fabrication. We are seeking a Cabinet Maker who is hungry to learn and takes pride in precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
This is a professional production shop environment with structured systems, modern equipment, and long-term growth opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Fabricate and assemble commercial casework
- Operate shop equipment including routers, panel saw, edge bander, shaper, planer, table saw, miter saw and related machinery
- Work with laminate, Melamine, Veneer, MDF, hardwood, and other millwork products
- Maintain quality standards and efficient material usage
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- 2+ years cabinet shop or millwork experience preferred (entry level positions available)
- Ability to read fabrication drawings independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working in a production shop environment
Compensation
- $21–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
