Status: Full-Time/100% on-site
Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000/annually
Position Summary: The Recruiting & Learning Coordinator is an essential team player, providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and the hiring process. As well as, assisting with the ongoing launch and establishment of the brand's Learning initiatives. The R & L Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Learning, will have dual responsibilities. They will provide administrative support, manage job postings, and handle various ad hoc tasks for the Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, they will assist in the creation, deployment, and continuous upkeep of the brand's learning materials. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, they’ll also support the onboarding process of both Retail and Corporate populations. The R & L Coordinator will ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a manner that aligns with business priorities, brand values, and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the collection and organization of resumes across our ATS, third-party job boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed), and Shared Drive.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews (phone, video, or in-person) for both the Retail and Corporate populations.
- Provide support during the sourcing and reviewing process of candidates to help identify top talent.
- Assist recruiters with day-to-day administrative tasks and candidate communications and Ad-hoc project support and management.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating Orientations for Corporate new hires.
- Support the execution of the brand’s internship programs.
Learning
- Organize and maintain all learning material across the internal Shared Drive and Third-Party Learning platforms.
- Assist in the creation, deployment, and upkeep of learning material, including but not limited to video editing, writing copy, and support building curriculum.
- Assist in the assignment of learning material to new and existing employees.
- Assist in the tracking of completed learnings across both Corporate and Retail populations.
- Act as a liaison of the Senior Manager and collect feedback on the candidate and onboarding experience.
- Maintain and coordinate the learning cadence for both Corporate and Retail populations (as needed).
Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years in a Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Training role.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, is preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
