Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the progress of painting and drywall services. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between clients and project teams, handling sales inquiries, preparing estimates, and coordinating project timelines. The role also involves addressing customer needs and seeking opportunities to generate new business while maintaining strong professional relationships with current clients.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management
Strong Organizational and Project Coordination abilities
Proficiency in Communication and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software
Previous experience in the painting or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
