The ideal candidate will have strong interest and experience in working on M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions for technology and technology services companies in the public and private markets. As an Analyst, the role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, experience with financial statements and financial modeling, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Preparation of marketing materials for M&A and equity capital raises
- Analyzing industries and assessing competitive dynamics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in execution Investment Banking (Technology/TMT sector experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and achievement-oriented character
- Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework

Expected Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000
