Our team is looking for someone with a natural curiosity and passion for connecting people. This is a remote position, but preferably based in NYC, and will have required days in office as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying, qualifying and placing talent for temporary and permanent retail roles based on skills, attributes, experience, and budgets.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios and skill assessments
- Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool within the Retail and Fashion industries.
- Candidate ideally has strong network of top talent for future opportunities nationwide.
- Recruit professionals for positions within the fashion industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment either internal or agency for retail industry, preferably luxury.
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to achieve established goals
- Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy environment
- This role is remote but must be commutable to NYC for client/onsite events.
Salary: $75k + commission
