YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
As our sales account manager, you will play a key role in supporting and managing our sales strategies and retail relationships. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, helping to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
AS WELL AS:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts to expand product and brand presence, achieving targeted sales goals.
- Actively seek and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business to expand market presence and drive revenue.
- Achieve and track sales targets and volume growth, ensuring alignment with key account financial objectives.
- Engage, manage, and challenge new and established brokers, guiding and directing them to meet their sales goals effectively.
- Develop creative ways to engage audiences and boost brand visibility. Attend and represent the company at tradeshows as needed.
- Manage and maintain various sales platforms, coordinating closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Support the ongoing improvement of sales processes to increase efficiency, boost productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support efforts to enhance customer service by improving communication and coordination with supply chain, operations, and customer care teams.
- Prepare sales reports and analytics on accounts and transactions. Strong understanding of financials and ability to analyze figures to determine profitability, sales trends, and other analytics.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, related to the role.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business-related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer accounts management, sales or buyer role. Preferably in the beauty, bath, health and retail industry.
- Bilingual Spanish a definite asset.
- Able to travel for customer meetings and tradeshows when required.
- Well-rounded experience with off-price, full price and specialty beauty, drug, mass, grocery and wellness products, is preferred.
- Understanding of general sales and account management principles.
- Familiarity with MS Office, specifically Microsoft excel.
