Compal is seeking an experienced ESD/Calibration Quality Engineer responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ESD Control Program and Calibration Management System to ensure compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20, ISO 9001, and customer requirements for high-reliability electronic and server manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal ANSI/ESD S20.20 audits and gap assessments.
- Develop ESD control procedures, training materials, and compliance dashboards.
- Manage calibration recall system and risk-based calibration intervals.
- Conduct MSA (Gage R&R, bias, linearity studies).
- Support ISO 9001 internal audits related to clause 7.1.5 (Monitoring & Measuring Resources).
- Perform root cause analysis for ESD-related product failures.
- Coordinate NRTL/UL traceability where applicable.
- Analyze trends for equipment drift and measurement system instability.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in electronics/AI server manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20 & S11.11 test methods.
- Experience with CMMS or calibration software.
- Strong data analysis skills.
