Job Overview:
We are in search of an energetic Marketing & Project Manager to bolster our team. In this dynamic role, you will craft ROI-driven ads, social engagement, craft newsletters, and collaborate with clients, and work closely with our internal team to drive all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy effective ad campaigns across various platforms with high ROI.
- Monthly newsletter creation and deployment leveraging our CRM
- Social media posts and Picture Mosaic blog post creation
- External company social channel management and curating
- Interface with clients as needed and coordinate with the Picture Mosaics team.
- Extend client support, engage in follow-ups, and execute basic design tasks.
Prerequisites:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Work independently to drive ad campaigns and newsletters from inception to deployment, through thorough thought experiments and self review.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and tracking marketing efforts.
- Good working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Linked Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Email Marketing, SEO, Remarketing, and Ad Campaigns.
- Familiarity with all social media channel accounts
- Great at writing copy that is simple, clear, clever, and well thought through
- High proficiency in leveraging Ai tools (Chatgpt, Gemini, Claude, etc) to increase productivity and work product
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies/software.
- Reasonable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
- High motivation with an energetic and outgoing demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, essential for client interactions.
- Adeptness in project ownership, ensuring all requirements are met.
- A hands-on approach to tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
